Pretty simple, and in theory, it's good (if this is your cup of tea). There are a lot of foot fetishists who really get in to feet, and this version of it will appeal to those people.
The site is also pretty simple to figure out. It's one of the more basic site layouts that I've seen, actually. All the content is sorted into either photo or video, and then laid out linearly. Not much to figure out, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to find your way around.
However, as easy as it is to figure out, I'd like to see some sorting tools. A model index would be a good idea, and maybe a way to sort content by wrestling or trampling, or something similar. This is not a huge issue, but it would make the site better.
The bigger issue is the content itself. The production values are fairly rough. Most of it looks like it was shot with a high-end camcorder, and that's it. I've seen pro-am sites with better camera and lighting quality. The talent is also a mixed bag; there is some decent here, but some that is so-so. That goes for the feet too. Foot quality matters in a site like this, and I've seen better. Nothing horrible, but not all of the feet are cute little tootsies.

Toes2Nose.com is a tough call for me. On the one hand, the premise is hard to find, and what's presented here is what fetishists want to see (face trampling and wrestling with feet in face). Also, the site is simple to understand and there are frequent updates. On the other hand, the quality is not exactly Hollywood-esque, and I've seen better talent (espcially the feet aspect). I think the price is probably a little on the high side for what's offered, so make sure you tread lightly when deciding on whether to buy.
